New Phone System Update
On April 21st DDI, Inc switch to a new phone system. At present (April 22nd) we are partially operating as intended. The following components are in place and working:
All incoming calls
All incoming faxes
All email
All XML

We have set up a temporary FRS Host number for clients and vendors to dial into (859) 431-3212.
(Please note this is a temporary connection until the primary lines are working again)

Out bound Voice calls (not working)
Out bound Faxes (not working) 

We will update everyone as soon as possible and we want to thank everyone for there patients in this difficult time.
