DDI, Inc is happy to announce our new web site (www.ddi-incorporated.com). This new site will help us share information to all our clients and vendors easily and efficiently. Many of the offices across the county utilize Microsoft Outlook 2007or an equivalent software package which has a built in feature for retrieving RSS information. This feature was added to our new website as a continuing service that we provide to all our clients and vendors who subscribe. To subscribe, simply click on the link [RSS symbol]. This tool will be used to notify clients of court closings, weather delays, or general system down time. We also wanted to bring to the New Year a practical means for disseminating archived information like news articles. We have all had this happen, especially with court closings; but with time sensitive searches we wanted a way to retain closure or delay information for everyone to see. The News archive will allow both DDI, and the client to verify delays for billing purposes. The RSS feed will not be replacing the ‘pending’ list, but simply allow all those involved to stay informed, which is the key to success in many cases. We hope everyone take advantage of this feature in the near future.
