Information for our vendors:
To become a researcher / vendor for DDI, Inc please complete the Vendor Application and the Independent Contractor Questionnaire and fax to (859) 392 8486.

To log in and retrieve or return results via Vendor Net please click Vendor Login at the top right of the screen. If you have access to the internet but do not have access to the vendor net feature, please contact David Ivory at (859) 392-8485.
Please note if you are manually faxing reports to our office they must be completed and returned on DDI, Standard forms. These forms can be obtained here on our web site. Please use our Criminal Record Report Form and Civil Record Report Form. Document management System- this is a link that will allow you to upload scanned images from your home PC. if you have a scanner and would like to use this option please contact David Ivory at (859) 392-8485 for user setup and instructions.
VENDOR NET SUPPORT TIP:
In order to print off new request lists from the web site you must enable the active x controls in your internet browser. To do this please open your browser, go to tools, security and select the 5 active x control enable dots. Be sure to save your settings. This will allow your browser to print vendor lists. Please note detailed instructions for how to use the vendors net are provided throughout the vendor net secure site. Please note links are provided for email options for each subject. This email will contain subject information that is useful to DDI Inc. when receiving updates and information about your work.
